Owner & Managing Director

Carrie McEntire, CPA, CVA, CIRA/CDBV

Carrie is the founder of McEntire Advisory and a recognized voice among women in business. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Insolvency, Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA)  in  Machinery & Technical Specialties  Machinery and Equipment, and Certified Distressed Business Valuator (CDBV), she brings over 15 years of experience supporting attorneys, lenders, debtors, and business owners. Her work includes forensic accounting, business valuations, asset appraisals, expert witness testimony, serving as a court-appointed receiver, and acting as a chief restructuring officer and financial advisor in complex bankruptcy cases.

As both a certified valuation analyst and a financial advisor in litigation settings, Carrie is known for her precision, responsiveness, and industry-spanning insight. Carrie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and holds multiple QuickBooks Online certifications, including Level 1, Level 2, and Payroll. She serves as Treasurer of the Oklahoma Network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and is active in AICPA, OSCPA, NACVA, AIRA, and TMA.

Melissa Cline, CPA, CVA, CIRA/CDBV, CFE

Melissa manages forensic, valuation, bankruptcy, litigation, and fiduciary engagements. A CPA, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Distressed Business Valuator (CDBV), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), she has more than 20 years of experience advising clients across industries. She is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with continuing education in accounting at the University of Central Oklahoma.

Melissa is a skilled financial advisor with a reputation for delivering court-ready reports and maintaining strong working relationships with attorneys and business leaders. She is a member of AICPA, OSCPA, TXCPA, NACVA, AIRA, and ACFE, and has held leadership roles with several community nonprofits. She is also a certified QuickBooks Online Level 1 ProAdvisor.

Stefanie brings six years of combined experience as an administrative assistant and office manager, including three years focused on client reporting and outsourced accounting support. Her background as a Licensed Practical Nurse gives her a unique blend of technical detail and relational care.
