Melissa is a Senior Director for McEntire Advisory, PLLC. Ms. Cline is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Distressed Business Valuator (CDBV), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). At McEntire Advisory, Ms. Cline is responsible for management of valuation, bankruptcy, forensic accounting, litigation and fiduciary engagements. She has experience in many industries, including, but not limited to, restaurants, healthcare, oil and gas extraction, drilling and service companies, wind farms, real estate, manufacturing, construction and retail.

 

Prior to joining McEntire Advisory, PLLC in 2023, Melissa was a Director of a local public accounting firm providing advisory services to clients in Oklahoma and surrounding states for over twenty years. Melissa is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree with continuing education in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Melissa’s community involvement has included serving as a Trustee and Treasurer for Trinity School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and as a Jail Advocate Leader for The Net in Fort Worth, Texas.
